Buying and using our service

eSIM plans are sold through our storefront at cellesim.com and through our mobile apps. Purchases are governed by the terms and refund policy published there, not by this page. App purchases are additionally subject to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Information on this site

We keep coverage counts, plan counts and other figures on this site as accurate as we can, but they change as our catalogue changes. Nothing on this page is an offer, a warranty, or a guarantee that a particular network will be available in a particular place. Check the destination page or the app for the plan you intend to buy.

Trademarks and content

The Cellesim name, logo, screenshots and the text of this site belong to Cellesim, LLC. Apple, App Store, Google Play and other marks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to identify the stores where our app is published.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to disrupt this site, scrape it at a volume that affects other visitors, or use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages.

Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, Cellesim, LLC is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information published here. This does not limit any right you have under the terms of an actual purchase.
