This notice covers cellesim.llc, the corporate website of Cellesim, LLC. Our storefront and mobile apps are covered by their own privacy policy, published at cellesim.com.

What this site collects
This website has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. It sets no cookies at all.
If you use the contact form, we process what you type into it:
- your name, email address and, if you provide it, your company;
- your message;
- the time of the message and a one-way hash of your IP address.
The IP address is hashed rather than stored so that we can stop automated abuse of the form without keeping a list of visitors' addresses.
Why we process it
To read your message and reply to it, and to keep the form usable by blocking spam. In GDPR terms, our legal basis is legitimate interest: you contacted us and expect an answer.
Who else sees it
Your message is delivered to our own mailbox through Resend, our email delivery provider. Our website and mail are hosted on servers in Germany. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for as long as the conversation is useful, and in any case no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our processing it. Write to info@cellesim.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK and you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to your national data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
